“Why can’t I just tell her that I think she is f#cking amazing? How do I tell her that when I see her she makes my heart go crazy? That I think about her all the time? That I like all the little stuff she does? That I know being with her would be a wild adventure—and I want that! How do I tell her that we belong together?”-Tom

“How Do I Say This? I’m Gay!” Final Video Response
The How Do I Say This Team is proud to bring you our musical response to Lilly’s problem of coming out!
Here is Lilly’s original problem submission:
“Hi. I’m not sure if you guys actually read these, and I’m not sure if this is the right answer but at this point I’m kind of hoping for anything. I’m in college and about to go off to my second year. That’s not the problem. I’m gay, and that’s not a problem either, it’s that I don’t know how to tell my mom and dad. I can go off to school and be who I really am, but I don’t want to have to hide it from my family. I’m really close with my parents but I feel like my lying is breaking us apart. I don’t want to let them down and I hate that being myself is a problem/could disappoint them. I just want to be me and not embarrassed or afraid or have to pretend I have a crush on Eddie. What do I say to them?”–Lilly
